One of the big 5 animals of Africa, this beautiful African hand carved wooden Lion stands with his tail facing upward in a mock charging position.

The African Lion is carved out of hard Ebony wood that is set in the natural dark black/brown color of the wood. This wonderful work of African art originates from Malawi and has been hand carved by traditional Tonga crafter's who can be found in through out Malawi.
