An African handcrafted soapstone tortoise hand carved by traditional Shona tribesmen of Zimbabwe. The Tortoise is set in the natural color of the stone and polished to a smooth finish. On the shell of the tortoise is African patterns and images of animals.
Because of the nature of handcrafted African art each tortoise will be similar but not identical to the picture. There will be slight variances between each tortoise which ads to the uniqueness of the each individual stone tortoise.
